By making a reservation at the guesthouse SIESTA*, it is understood that you have read, understood, and accepted the following regulations.
To confirm your reservation, we require an advance payment of 30%-50%. The payment deadline will be specified in the confirmation response. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Check-in at Siesta Guesthouse requires the following documents: voucher, identity card/passport, and birth certificate(s) for minors. Guests are legally required to complete a guest registration form upon arrival.
The accommodation day begins at 13:00–20:00 (check-in time) and ends at 11:00 (check-out time).
Upon arrival, guests must fill out the check-in form and pay the full amount for the services booked.
If guests wish to shorten their stay for any reason, they must still pay the full amount for the originally booked period.
Guests must notify the reception if arriving after 18:00. If no notification is made, the reservation will be canceled, and the advance payment will not be refunded. Phone number: 0751-060-520
Requests for extensions or late check-out 11:00–13:00 must be made at least 24 hours in advance,these are granted based on availability and are free of charge. For late check-out between 13:00–20:00, an extra night will be charged at the standard rate.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 90 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded (minus bank fees, paid by the client). Exceptions: New Year’s and Catholic Whitsun bookings – no refund.
Between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded (bank fees paid by the client). Exceptions as above.
Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable. The guesthouse may offer to reschedule. If the reschedule is refused, the deposit is lost.
Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00 on weekdays only.
The kitchen and outdoor facilities are available for guest use.
Please use all facilities properly, follow fire and accident prevention rules.
No personal electrical appliances (e.g., coffee makers, juicers, irons, kettles) may be used in rooms.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Guests must report and pay for any damages or breakages that occur in the room, kitchen, or terrace.
Children under 10 years must not be left unsupervised anywhere on the premises. Staff are not responsible for child supervision.
Please keep quiet between 22:00 and 07:00. The guesthouse is not responsible for disputes between guests but will take necessary action to ensure peace and safety.
The guesthouse is not responsible for personal belongings (e.g., jewelry, money). Guests must secure their valuables and close doors and windows when leaving their room.
Do not move furniture, remove beds or towels, or rearrange mattresses.
Visitors not staying at the guesthouse are not allowed. Unauthorized visitors may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
No flammable or explosive materials (e.g., gas canisters, fireworks) are allowed on the premises.
Ash from the grill must be disposed of in a metal bucket with water. Do not throw ash into garbage bins. Lighting the grill must be approved by management.
Report any fire or technical issues immediately to staff.
Do not use high-power devices (over 50W), and do not leave electronics (chargers, phones, cameras, laptops, etc.) plugged in unattended or overnight.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors by law. You may be asked to leave or pay a fine. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Use ashtrays.
Firearms must be handed over to reception and stored in a secure metal safe, whether legally owned or not.
In case of accident or injury, notify the management immediately.
Guests engaging in criminal acts, causing damage, disturbing others, or not following the internal rules will have their reservation terminated without refund.
Complaints are only accepted during your stay. Post-departure complaints will not be considered.
